Returns and refunds are only accepted if your item arrived damaged.

When you receive your parcel, you are responsible for checking its content and the condition of the items you received. If you've noticed any damaged items, please contact us at info@thegalaxybaby.com immediately within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process a transaction to your credit card, it will ship within five to seven business days from the date you placed the order. Often times, your order is shipped in separate packages to ensure top quality. Please be patient, if your goods haven't arrived after 6 weeks please contact us at info@thegalaxybaby.com. 

Estimated Time of Arrival:

Our fulfillment center is currently overseas. Our average shipping time is between 4-6 weeks for most products. Often times is less than that, but we rather under promise and over deliver. We ship worldwide so delivery times will vary depending on your location and country. 


We work really hard to ensure that we process orders as quick as possible so that as a result you can receive them as soon as possible. You can make changes to your order only before you have submitted it. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. When an order is placed in our store. All sales are final. 

We provide the most secure and smartest checkout experience possible to prevent you from making any data entry mistakes that will not allow us to serve you in the best way we can. For this reason, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on the basis that you changed your mind, or made a data entry mistake on your checkout page. 


Everyone one of you is unique and beautiful in your own way. We are all different, therefore results may vary between individuals depending on your physical condition, lifestyle, genetics, and many other variables. It is for these reasons, The Galaxy Baby does not guarantee results will be exclusive or consistent for every individual, and all creative assets used to market our product catalog are not a direct representation of the outcome you will experience.

None of our products in our product catalog are intended to diagnose, prevent, cure or treat any disease. It is your responsibility as the consumer to seek professional advice if you require education, advice or guidance. All products sold by us are recommended to be used only as directed by the manufacturer of each product respectively. 

The Galaxy Baby shall not be held liable on any circumstance in which products sold by us yield symptoms or allergic reactions. If this situation was to arise, we advise you seek proper medical help.

We do not refund or exchange any of the products sold by us due to allergic reactions. You must verify with us first before purchasing if you have a known allergy. Please be aware that some of our products may come with buttons, zippers, small parts, or accessories that can be a choking hazard. Always be alert and keep your child away from fires, radiators, heaters, BBQs, candles, lighters and matches as some types of fabric may be flammable.
